Commonplace Eco-Village, has collaborated with Sustainable Niagara, Niagara Sustainability Initiative, Niagara-on-the-Lake Sustainability Network, and Team E.N.E.R.G.I (Niagara Peninsula Homes) to offer free draft proofing to Niagara residents who receive an energy evaluation from CPEV.
This service, sponsored by Environment Canada, will help improve the energy efficiency of your home by sealing leaks, saving you money on heating bills.
Tony Barrett, Executive Director of Commonplace Eco-Village, is an experienced home energy auditor. “Most energy efficiency upgrades are expensive, but we can reduce energy costs for free. We’re very excited to offer this program to Niagara homeowners, especially older homes” Mr. Barrett said.
The “Quick Wins” Home Energy Program will only be offered for a short time and homeowners should jump at the opportunity.
